View by day, week, or month
These tabs, in the upper right corner,  let you view your calendar by day, week, month, or next four days. The Agenda tab shows your events as a list, and you can customize the Next 4 Days view to suit your needs.

Move forward and backward
These arrows, upper left, let you move forward and backward through the calendar.

Click on an event
To get more information, just click on the event. You will see the time, day and place in the church that the event is happening. There is then "More Details" which will give you details about the event (how often it repeats, and other information if provided) and "Add to My Calendar" allows you to download the event to your Google calendar.

Pull Down Menu for Calendars
The down arrow in the upper right corner shows what calendars are being displayed. Right now we have the general church calendar, a music calendar and a children's calendar. You can choose to see all calendars or only the ones that are of interest to you. Just click or unclick the boxes.
