Pastor - Phone Extension 22 - Email
Pastor Dave is in his tenth year as pastor of Dulin Church. He is an ordained elder with academic degrees in the areas of music and ministry. Dave uses his musical talents of keyboard playing on Sunday mornings and special events. He has a specialized degree in liturgics which he uses to provide inspirational worship. Pastor Dave has a special interest in serving the needs of the homeless and providing affordable housing in the Falls Church area.

Mary has served United Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, and most recently, United Church of Christ congregations in music ministry. She is a graduate of Geneva College (Beaver Falls, PA) and has an M.A. in organ performance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has also taken studies at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and Duquesne University. A native of western Pennsylvania, Mary arrived in Falls Church to begin her work at Dulin on February 1st, 2006.
Office Manager - Phone Extension 10 - Email Laura brings a variety of experiences to Dulin. She spent over 13 years volunteering and working in youth ministry, five years working with deaf and hard of hearing students in the classroom as a para-educator and ten years involved leading a sign language music ministry. She is married to Tom, who works at a Methodist church in Ashburn, and mom to Marcus, an air traffic controller in Warrenton, VA and Catie, a recent college graduate.
Victor Brown Building Superintendent - Phone Extension 34 - Email Victor has been on staff for over ten years! He provides for Dulin disciples and our guests a well-maintained facility in terms of cleanliness and safety. Victor works closely with church groups, the Dulin Preschool and the English as a Second Language ministry to insure proper set up and equipment needs.
Director of Children's Ministry - Phone Extension 23 - Email Claudia has extensive experience working with preschool through middle school children as a classroom music teacher, private piano teacher for over 14 years, children’s choral director, and as a volunteer for VBS, preschool, and Sunday School and ESL classes. She has a VA professional teaching license for PreK - 12, and received a BA from the University of Richmond. She is married to Mike, a life-long Dulin member, and they have four daughters, three of whom are Dulin Cooperative Preschool alumni.
