Victor Brown

Building Superintendent

Victor has been on staff at Dulin Church for over fifteen years! He provides for Dulin disciples and our guests a well-maintained facility in terms of cleanliness and safety. Victor works closely with church groups, the Dulin Preschool and the English as a Second Language ministry to insure proper set up and equipment needs. Victor is often the first face you will see at Dulin welcoming members and guests alike.

Dave Kirkland


Pastor Dave is in his eighteenth year of ministry at Dulin Church. He is an ordained elder with academic degrees in the areas of chemistry, music and ministry. Pastor Dave focuses on three main aspects of ministry:

  1. Connecting Dulin disciples to loving God through worship.
  2. Connecting Dulin disciples to loving neighbor through local, national and global outreach ministries.
  3. Teaching Dulin disciples to incorporate spiritual disciplines in personal faith journeys.

He loves it when the Duke Blue Devils win the NCAA championship! GO DUKE!

Nickie Moreno Howard

Minister of Christian Discipleship

Nickie graduated from University of Texas Pan American with a Bachelor’s in Anthropology/Mexican American Studies and Wesley Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity.  Nickie has over 10 years of ministry experience.  At Dulin Church, Nickie serves in a variety of discipleship, outreach and faith building ministries.  Nickie is married to Christian and they live with a big puppy and two grumpy cats.  Nickie is a native Texan and a San Antonio Spurs fan.  Go SPURS Go!   To connect with Nickie, follow her on Instagram, Facebook - @nickiemoreward.

Katie Pisocky

Office Manager

Katie is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC with a Bachelor's of Arts in History. She has been a member of Dulin Church since 2001, involved in the Children’s Ministry, choir, ESL, and other activities. She is happy to be a part of this great team as the office manager. In her spare time, she is  busy with the PTA and in recent years, community theater,  Born and raised in the South, she loves college football, especially her hometown Carolina Gamecocks. And during baseball season, she can be found following the Washington Nationals. Go Nats!

Benjamin Bugaile

Director of Music Ministries

Ben is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Music (concentration in organ). He first began studying the organ at age 17 under George Rau, and continued his education under Dr. Christine Clewell at IUP. Ben has had the joy of serving numerous churches of varying denominations in both Indiana and in his hometown of Washington, PA. While at IUP, he had the honor of accompanying the IUP Chorale, the IUP Symphony Orchestra, and the IUP Percussion Ensemble. 

When not in the office, Ben can be found on his bike or practicing the

organ. His love of sacred music began in 1997, and continues to this day.

Bethany Printup-Davis

Seminary Intern

Bethany is a graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Inclusive Childhood/Middle Childhood Education with a minor in Music. Before moving to Washington, DC for her graduate studies, Bethany worked for the Rochester City School District teaching Native American culture and history to area students and educators. She is currently a student at Wesley Theological Seminary in the Master of Divinity program. As a required component of her degree program, Bethany serves as Seminary Intern at Dulin Church which will contribute toward a call to ordained ministry.
