Ian C. Urriola
Director for Christian Discipleship
Ian Urriola is a recent graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and is really excited to be joining the Dulin team as the Director for Christian Discipleship! He spent the past year working at Asbury First United Methodist Church in Rochester, NY, as their Ministry Intern focusing on developing new models for small group ministry, worship and the arts, and young people’s ministry. Ian is a native of Rochester, NY, but lived in Washington, DC, for seven years for his undergraduate degree (American University, Music Performance) and seminary. In that time, he absolutely fell in love with the area and adopted it as a second home. (Go Nats!)
Katie is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC with a Bachelor's of Arts in History. She has been a member of Dulin Church since 2001, involved in the Children’s Ministry, choir, ESL, and other activities. She is happy to be a part of this great team as the office manager. In her spare time, she spends time volunteering with her kids' schools and, in recent years, community theater, Born and raised in the South, she loves college football, especially her hometown South Carolina Gamecocks. And during baseball season, she can be found following the Washington Nationals. Go Nats!
Victor has been on staff at Dulin Church for over fifteen years! He provides for Dulin disciples and our guests a well-maintained facility in terms of cleanliness and safety. Victor works closely with church groups, the Dulin Preschool and the English as a Second Language ministry to insure proper set up and equipment needs. Victor is often the first face you will see at Dulin welcoming members and guests alike.
Pastor Dave is in his eighteenth year of ministry at Dulin Church. He is an ordained elder with academic degrees in the areas of chemistry, music and ministry. Pastor Dave focuses on three main aspects of ministry:

Director of Music Ministries
Ben is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Music (concentration in organ). He first began studying the organ at age 17 under George Rau, and continued his education under Dr. Christine Clewell at IUP. Ben has had the joy of serving numerous churches of varying denominations in both Indiana and in his hometown of Washington, PA. While at IUP, he had the honor of accompanying the IUP Chorale, the IUP Symphony Orchestra, and the IUP Percussion Ensemble.
When not in the office, Ben can be found on his bike or practicing the
organ. His love of sacred music began in 1997, and continues to this day.
