Membership Information Update

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the Membership Information Sheet. This will help to keep our computer database as accurate as possible. The form is a Word document, so you will need to have Microsoft Word to open it. If you don't forms are available in the church office during the week and at the Welcome Center on Sundays. You may mail the form back to the office or place it in the basket at the Welcome Center.
